VIEWS NOT SHOWING

1) Zero views on items again today. Started a couple days ago on & off...there are people watching but ZERO views this morning on my entire store.

Anybody else noticing this issue and is there an ETA. 

2) also every time I get the login screen, it says that OOPS it doesn't match. I click again and it allows me in. What the heck is GOING ON

This might be fixed as of this morning. I am getting a view count now. I only have one item currently listed, but in the past hour I've gotten 4 views.  Hope they finally got it solved.

Hmmm. I can still view the email notice and in return how much I owe Ebay on my account page. No problems there.

About half of my view counts are back and I also received several sales today.

If you, or anyone reading this, manages to get refunded or prorated back some money, please let us all know!! That we we can all follow suit and try the same route!! I have just the --- dash marks today for views on all of my items! Its different day to day. I just gotta hope that my pieces are being viewed the same as they always were, and the only glitch is that we sellers can't see views. But of course there is no way to know for sure since no one has appeared to get a solid knowledgable answer, and obviously eBay is not going to let us know....

Same VERY annoying problem...how come I can see my updated fees, no problem?

I tried to "chat" with their online help technicians but I think they saw my issue (not seeing the number of views) and ignored my "call"!! I sat staring at it for 5 minutes after it said that the wait time was less than 1 minute...ugh

Having the same problem for several weeks now.  Everyone who is experiencing this problem needs to get on the phone with Ebay and complain to their face and demand to be compensated for the loss of ability to operate your business effectively.  I was told there is a glitch that is being worked on but this makes no sense to me that an On Line company can't fix this problem.  I suspect something else is at work here and it coincided for me with a drop in business and an increase in listing fees.  You have to call and make your voice heard!!

Having same problem with page views not showing, and occaionally the problem with trying to log in.  Amazed that Ebay doesn't send out a notice to us to let us know what is going on.  Very odd and frustrating.

This has been going on with me for about a week or two.  I've also not sold a thing since it started.

yes, I too have called noticed it a few weeks ...also the notes that we put on the item is not showing either...eBay says oh! we are working on it. or I will report the issue..

More and more reason to leave eBay.. been with them 12 years now.. getting owrse and worse.

With every so calledupgrade to the site, comes a backward step to its functionality

again no sales this week .it has been no sales for 2 weeks if everyone on block refused to list or pay bills ebay would sit up and take notice .its diabolical how ebay is treating sellers

Ebay has stated that it has no impact on any other aspect of our ebay stores or listings.

However many people's sales are at a standstill ever since this happened for June. I do realize that summer does affect it but at the same time I see no reasoning for the standstill in sales. My items are showing up in the listings on the first page like usual but no views or watchers at all no matter how many new listings I make. 

I just never felt this way before and that tells me that something is very very suspect here. Then you have thousands of sellers saying the same thing at the same time about their sales. There is no way the entire population decided not to spend money on ebay especially when the largest population (teens, college students, and teachers) are off during the summer unless they all are at the beach 24/7.
