VIEWS NOT SHOWING

1) Zero views on items again today. Started a couple days ago on & off...there are people watching but ZERO views this morning on my entire store.

Anybody else noticing this issue and is there an ETA. 

2) also every time I get the login screen, it says that OOPS it doesn't match. I click again and it allows me in. What the heck is GOING ON

I am slowly moving from eBay to www.ecrater.com now. It's simple and free to use, AND the fees are very low too, but you only have to pay them if your items sells through their market place. If someone buys it directly from your store, then no fees.

Only problem with eCrater is, because there are not much enforcement for honest seller (enforcement only through PayPal), lot of scammer chose to sells on this platform, so it got lot of negative review on line, and buyer tend to be hesitant when it comes to buying on this site. However, if you bring your already loyal and happy customer from eBay to the site, then they most likely will feel confident to buy again from you there.

It's been proven many time already that eBay don't care about their small seller anyway. So give it a few year and we will all be gone or kicked away from that site, replaced by all those massive seller from China.

They told me July 4th problem would be fixed.. I too would like a small reimbursment from EBAY for the services they are NOT poviding.

My sales have been down 90% over the last two weeks. No item views, fewer sales. I will be letting my current auctions run their course because there is NO chance they will reimburse us. Once my auctions end end, I am done with eBay until they start recognizing that all of us (SELLERS) are the reason they have a business to begin with, or at the VERY LEAST, fix the problems that we are facing so that we can sell our items successfully (as they advertise). It used to be that way until someone, in there incompetent wisdom decided, let's favor only buyers regardless of integrity and screw our loyal sellers until they all catch on and leave.

It's really funny that their new motto is "Seriously, we have everything"  Well eBay, let's see how that stands when you have no sellers.  Best of luck to ya.

I believe that all the tech  people have went on vacation.  There is No Way this should be a continuing problem. Admit there is a Problem and Fix it Ebay.   Letting this contiue is a sign of incompetence on the part of Ebay.  This not only hurts the sellers, but Ebay as well.  The selling side is so buggy now.... Im afraid to list anything for fear that my expensive antique whatever will sell for .99 cents and have to be shipped to China for free.......

We have to get our view counters back, and get the bugs out of the system.  I fear that the whole Ebay site/system is headed for a crash......  and won't that be fun.......

Everyday this madness goes on I question why I even sell on ebay.....  I have been an active seller for over 10 yrs and on ebay for nearly 20yrs.   This isnt fun or profitable anymore.

After clicking on the item like you suggested I did not see the "Views" anywhere. Only the "Watchers".

Yes, mine too. My sales drop, have not had any sales for a week. This is bad..

My individual pages don't show views either.

My eBay site has not shown views in weeks. They can let me know that something I looked at weeks ago, is now on sale.  Please get your priorities in order eBay, you have gotten worse over the 5 years I've been a seller. I wish there was somewhere else to sell merchandise.

How about some free listings from Ebay..... I have decided not post no more listings until

the site is working completly .This has been an issue for a while now..  And Ebay has not contacted

sellers letting know the status of anything being done to correct this..

Add me to the list...also, I tried to edit a sale today and it didnt add the items I wanted to add. Cancelled and started a new one and again it has not started even though i set it to start immediately. I have also noticed a decline in sales.

I am so glad that I'm not the only one with this issue, but also pretty miffed about how bad and rampant of an issue this is! I just started as a store last week, and before that I could see views, and therefore understand my pricing better. Now that I signed up for a store? All listings just have -- for their views, and they have watchers, which makes no sense! How hard is it to track this? I have to pay ebay for their services, I get that, and I've sold a lot in the past, but now? Why should we pay for a service that isn't working? 

As far as I know, ebay is a pretty big company, and this is an issue that has wide spread consequences, and it's been going on for a lot of people for months? Ridiculous.
