The new messaging system was a decent upgrade. However, this morning some of my buyers that I tried to message, I was unable to. The messaging page came up with no way to enter a message and no indication that it knew who I was trying to message. This almost seemed to be related to whether I had messaged the buyer previously. If I had done a recent message, I had this problem. If I hadn't messaged the buyer recently, it seemed to work normally.
I restarted my browser and it made no difference. I tried to access the messaging system from multiple different links but all had the same issue for the problematic buyers.
Please fix this soon !!!

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
From which page did you click on the messages or contact buyer link?

Can you enter a message if you click on the "Send message" text?
If not, try another browser.

Were you able to message buyers yesterday or the day before etc.?? I was as of yesterday, 3 buyers, all back and forth without issue.

Yes, it was only today that I found this problem.

It appears that I can contact the person when it does not relate to a sold item. However if I select an item this buyer recently purchased and then select Contact Buyer, I get the messages screen with the empty mailbox with bird icon and there is no history, or member name or text box in the right-hand pane.
