Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

The seller will not do returns.
But if the seller doesn't, eBay will make the seller send you a refund. That happens on Day 4, as @kensgiftshop advises.

When I Tried to do a return because it does not match the description. I got a message that the seller does not accept returns on this item. So I contacted the seller and I’m waiting for a response. Thank you

Exactly HOW did you try to do a return? The ONLY way on eBay to do a return is as follows: Find this item in your purchase history. Click on "want to return". Click on reason: not as described. That opens a case. You then wait for 3 days for a response from the buyer. No response and no prepaid return label? Then you return to that case you opened on day #4, ask eBay to step in and you'll be refunded from the seller's funds and told to keep the item. Is that how you tried to do a return? On eBay, there is no such thing as not accepting returns when an NAD case is opened.
I have a hunch that maybe, instead of the above process, you just contacted the seller and reported the problem and the seller told you he does not accept returns.
So how about it? Did you open a case or not? If you opened a case, the above is the way it should have gone. Please read the MBG.

And who sent the message?
