Have a customer in New Jersey USA who ordered the wrong part. The customer started a return and accepted a replacement with the correct size item, customer can keep the original item. I purchased a shipping label directly from the return case. Instead of immediately automatically marking the replacement item as shipped in the case, the status still says "need to ship replacement". So I click on "Mark as Shipped" and enter the Tracking. Error in red shows "Tracking number already in the system". At some point, it keeps redirecting me to ebay.de to log in also, but at this moment I am unable to remember when in the process and unable to recreate. Getting old!
Also unable to go to original purchase and "EDIT" tracking to ADD the new tracking number - similar error message.
