This is happening with all labels (versus one transaction)?
I've been purchasing labels daily, multiple times per day. The problem may be on your computer. Try clearing your cache and cookies and or try using another browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.) Rebooting may also help.
Is this happening with the label for one particular shipment or all shipments.
If all shipments, then try the steps I posted earlier.
If one particular sale, there could be a problem with the formatting of the address and eBay is just using a generic error message. You can check the validity of the address here:
