On my iPhone XS Max (latest version of the eBay app & latest version of iOS) I’ve noticed an oddity regarding stability here while just simply trying to search for Galaxy S8s and Note 8s... seemed like it crashed more often than usual.
As I look deeper into separating myself from this iPhone I found there’s a very repeatable path to making this app crash:
-Search for “s8 silver” or “note 8” (think anything could go here)
- Sort by lowest price
- Set transaction type to “Buy it now”
- Attenpt to set a price range between $250-$320
I day “attempt” there because EVERY TIME I type the “3” of 320, the app crashes very quickly and I’m back on my home screen.
