Store header and left navigation not showing in listing frame

I tried 'apply' twice in My Ebay > Marketing Tools > Listing Frame > Store Header Features. Using the new store format.

Using 61.0.2 Firefox and Windows 10 Home on a laptop.

Cleared all history including cache. No difference.

I'd really like to add the store header and left navigation to each of my listings.

A few months ago mine got turned off after being switched to the new seller hub but I was able to turn it on again. Since the manage store options were moved I had to call ebay to find out how to access this. I had to hover my mouse over the activity tab and select manage store under the drop down. Then when the manage page loaded scroll down and select listing frame. I just tested this and now the new sign on page pops up. So perhaps there is a issue with the sign on page changing the listing frame and store header setting. The new sign on page has a issue were even if you have the site preference option to stay signed in set to on. If you actually select to sign off of ebay it is changing your site preference to turn of the stay signed in option. So if you sign into ebay on a work or friends computer then sign off. When you get home you have to manually change your site preference to stay signed in to get your user name to stay signed in when you close your browser.

I tried using google chrome and the sign in page did not come up when I clicked on listing frame. Perhaps try a different browser. On chrome because I have the new seller hub I had to hover over the my ebay and select summery page from the drop down. Then on the summery page click on the account tab. Then when the account tab loaded hover my mouse over the account tab and select manage store from the drop down. The on the manage store page scroll down and click on listing frame. It loaded with out the sign in page popping up like on edge. So perhaps the setting will hold on chrome it might also hold on edge just I dont want to change it and risk not being able to turn it back on if there is really a wide spread issue with the setting not being able to be enabled. Hopefully it is just a issue with fire fox.
