Ive not had that problem but over the last few days I have had ebay pages freeze where the scroll feature on mu mouse and on the right side of the screen will do nothing along with links not responding. I too just had to close out and open a new page. Hopefully it either sent the listing live or at least saved it as a draft with no lose of information you filled out. Either way if it was saved as a draft or sent live you might want to edit it to make sure nothing was changed or lost due to the issue.
