same problem.  ebay's site is pathetic.  Always changing stuff, always having glitches.  Used to be able to go over to paypal and print the labels but now that we are forced to use managed payments that option is gone.  I am so sick of ebay.  You can't even call them on the phone anymore.

I'm currently having the same problem as well. I'm currently in a wait-time to let eBay call me back and I'm gonna talk to them about this problem.

Still have the problem, but if I keep hitting the print box on

the 3rd time the label will print,  ( staying on the page not reloading)

Same problem, chatted with eBay's help. They said they were having technical issues and I could wait or pay for shipping out of pocket. I would wait but then the item would be shipped out late??, or pay out of pocket which would eat up all profit?? IDK

Same **bleep** here, when using eBay international shipping. Got the message all day yesterday, then later I was able to print one label. Today, dead in the water again.

All the comments about eBay not giving a hoot are SOOOO true.

 Having the same problem, instead of making money on the sale, now I lost $2 because I lost the discount.  Trying to build a business with Ebay is like slamming your head against a wall.

I'm getting the"something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label" message. I've tried 7 different browsers and switched back to the the regular selling page from seller hub and still having the same issue.  It has to be the site itself.
