I created a coupon for buy one get one 50% off but I want to make sure it will run as buy one get one "of equal or lesser value" at 50% off but I don't see the equal or lesser value as an option for a rule. Am I missing something?

Is anyone else having problems with eBay's shipping, I'm getting an error message saying "Sorry we can not generate the label at this time"?

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find out how to open a claim for an item that was damaged during shipping. The item was shipped with eBay shipping center and used priority mail. Can I as a seller, submit a claim or does it need to be the buyer?...
