Server Error / Something Went Wrong / It's Not You It's Us
Ever since the fall updates of 2021, yes 2021, I see one, two and even all three of these most everyday. Also promoted standard has been an area with the most consistent issues. It clearly has taken a toll on my sales, my promoted placement on ebay and who knows what else.
I have called in and reported these issues probably an easy 100 times in the past year and I just wonder if anything is ever going to be fixed. I would like to get back some form of normality. Every time the site gets "updated" or changed it makes these issues even worse. With 43,000 items on ebay US and another 20,000 on each international ebay site I should, and used to, have more than 1-10 sales half way through each day.
When you have say 460 "Cardinal baseball hat" out of the 2900 on ebay, you promote them at 20% yet have zero impressions on the first page of 240 hats, something it wrong. Calling in and the reps opening tickets usually work for a day if I am lucky then it all starts again.
I just don't understand why these things cannot be fixed. Also I have been doing this 21 years and this is not based on the economy. These statements are made based off the issues I report and the situations following the attention of said issues and the repetitive nature of them.
The two I got yesterday evening, "server failure" and "something went wrong try again later". I'm just tired of calling in the issues and would like a fix.
