Hi, I am getting an error whenever I try to pay for an item, I have tried different  credit cards and also Paypal

If your primary shipping address is in a location the seller does not ship to, the seller may be blocking your payment.

I am registered on Ebay France, and so I am getting a message in French saying “ your payment for the following item…. has  failed, you need to go to Me Ebay and try again….”
