Seller requirements not met after selling on Ebay for 25 years! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH EBAY?????

I've been selling (and buying) on Ebay for 25 years and now I get the error message "Seller requirements not met!" I can relist my items; I can't finalize my drafts to relist my items and everything is a mess! Is anyone having the same issue? I called Ebay on 3 occasions and they're telling me that they are "ON IT" but it's been like this since end of December. WHAT GIVES???????????????

Have you tired adding a new automatic payment method or backup payment method to your account, particularly a credit card?

It's a website (kind of like consignment) where you sell sports cards.  You send them your cards and they list for you on their website and here on eBay without you having the hassle of $%#% eBay.

This is ridiculous for sure.  I used to be able to change my fixed listings that were low priced to .99 auction in bulk listing.  Quick and easy.  It's now grayed out and when I try to do just one listing with Change to Auction I get the absolutely delightful error: 

Seller requirements not met

• Your eBay account does not meet the requirements to sell on eBay. Please review the requirements and update your account before listing on eBay.

I've only been on here selling and buying for 22 years.

I am also having the same issue with bulk relisting, I get the I do not meet listing requirements, I can relist individually which is slow and I can list new items but the bulk relister is messed up

Same here, and I have now call customer service once a month since Demember 2019, and I get the same response each time and no resolution, although they tell me this will be flagged a priority and will have a solution in a couple of days.......... just sayin'

Cross all your fingers... but bulk relisting seems to be working again as of this moment.

I have a bunch of relistings to do and I had resigned myself (again) to spending the next hour or so doing them one by one... but just for the heck of it, I checked off two listings, hit the "relist at fixed price" button, and voila, that thrice-cursed error message did NOT appear and I was able to bulk relist them.

And now, because I said so "out loud," I've probably jinxed it again........ Let's hope not.

...ebay is well known for putting bandaids on fixes...and not the real bandaids either...the cheaper store brand that easily falls off.

See the solution in this thread.  I followed, added my bank account even though eBay already uses it for the managed payments, and it worked.  I was able to bulk relist my 200 items on 3/29/21.

Go to Overview not summary view

Look to the left side of the screen under tasks. It showed one task as set up a payment card. When I clicked on that, it led me to a screen to add a CC to pay ebay for fees.

I'm having the exact same issue word for word on what you wrote I've been selling for 12 years I'm a good seller everything's on time I send out the first day if I offer too much for shipping I give it back I'm so frustrated thank you for posting

Selling requirements have changed a lot since this thread was started in 2021.  You should make a new post about what problems you're having.
