Seller requirements not met after selling on Ebay for 25 years! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH EBAY?????

I've been selling (and buying) on Ebay for 25 years and now I get the error message "Seller requirements not met!" I can relist my items; I can't finalize my drafts to relist my items and everything is a mess! Is anyone having the same issue? I called Ebay on 3 occasions and they're telling me that they are "ON IT" but it's been like this since end of December. WHAT GIVES???????????????

I see you are in Managed Payments, can see for how long......  If you haven't already.......have you given ebay your bank account and ss number?

I have the same issue.  I opted into Managed Payments in December.  I successfully bulk relisted my ended/unsold items in December after this, but am unable to do it in January.  I called CS twice and was told that they are aware and working on this.  Searching to see if others have this problem I see some reports back into December.  I am concerned it is taking over a month to get this resolved and shouldn't more people be affected by this.  Is there a workaround?

I am having the same issue and it appears to happen only when trying to relist in bulk. If I do a a single item, it seems to be fine. I hope eBay addresses this soon, as it appears it was also an issue for some users back in 2019.

The only option I see is to manually relist each item individually, which wastes a lot of time.

I was hoping for an answer. Same thing here. I do have two usernames - the one I'm having bulk issue on is the one that's been on managed payments for several months. My other one just requested my bank info for management payments (I submitted on Friday).  Sounds like that must have both my accounts tied up.  Wish I'd know before I went and ended so many.  😞

I get the same here and have been on eBay since 2012. Now I get "Seller requirements not met

Your eBay account does not meet the requirements to sell on eBay. Please review the requirements and update your account before listing on eBay."

This happens with relist multiple selected items. I had to switch from PayPal to the eBay way of payments. Doing this may have broken the way eBay gets its money and I thought this may be the issue. So I found that the payout option had "None" and I received odd messages about payments in my email like the following. "

This is a notice to inform you that we will be debiting $xx.xx from your bank account ending in 1234 to cover the outstanding fees and expenses. We will process this transaction within 3 business days. If your pending and available funds become sufficient to cover any or all of this amount before you are charged, we will debit your pending and available funds and then deduct the remaining amount from your bank account."

This sounded ominous so I looked at my account and saw that the payout option was 'None". So I set that up with my bank too thinking that would fix the issues. But it has not. So I am at a loss as to what to do. Relisting 30+ items individually is tedious. I have contacted eBay twice with no luck, I get the, they are working on it too.

Another odd issue I have had this week is with the print postage for an item sold. I click on the Print Label option and get a popup stating there is an issue with the address and eBay may not honor the sellers protection. It seems that the Name field cannot have more than forty characters now. I had two customers in one day with this issue (yesterday) and one before that. This seems to be a new limitation that the buyers will not be aware of. One of my customers was upset as they were saying that their mail address has always worked, whats wrong now? My first customer and I had worked out what the issue was together after a bunch of back and fourth. I had them go into their address and split up their name field which fixed it. I feel bad for the buyer because it had delayed their shipment and they were not alerted to the issue with their mailing address. eBay needs to get their act together (some QA would be nice).

 This is a known issue when trying to list in bulk.  See message 5 in this thread for a response from eBay staff.

The only work around is to list items individually.

This is an absolute joke.  I FINALLY have time to sit down and produce listings for my stuff and bamn, Im unable to because of this horse ish.  Beyond **bleep** off.  Just wasted 45 minutes getting HERE. Im done w Ebay selling. Going to COMC where they dont jerk me around.

@prospectsetc   Someone said that adding the automatic payment method back fixed this problem... not sure if that will work for you or not.

Same problem here and have been with the Co since 2002. Called 2 times and get "we are aware and trying to fix" Think there must be a bug in the system with the new payment/payout.  Cannot list in bulk only individually.  I also don't have time for this nonsense. They better fix it soon before Ebay becomes a thing of the past.

I'm having the same issue on all 3 of my accounts. Doesn't matter if it's a store account either...I have to relist one item at a time by opening them and going to the "relist" button on top. Real pain since they moved away from PayPal. Also not easy to get my fees straight...Don't know why they are always changing things that aren't broken in the first place!

Lately there are lots of technical issues on ebay. I really think they employed youngsters who have no idea what they are doing and what ebay is about. One of the funny things is that notification bell shows you receved email AFTER you actually apened the inbox already. And now the last three days the system asks me to verify my account every time i come to ebay, thats mobile and never signed out. And I am checking ebay many times a day. Annoying!

I still can’t relist multiple items at the same time it’s very frustrating and time consuming to relist 1 at a time. Are they ever going to get it right.
