I have a negative balance of over $81.00 in the old invoice/fee system because I used to pay my UPS and FedEX shipping fees once I printed the label, It looks like eBay is taking the money for those labels I prepaid out of my money from the new sales...

I asked for a return on an Item I purchased because it was not as described, The seller accepted my return request and the return address is written in chinese so how do I print a return address label
