Saving template

Hello,

 We are having issues again saving templates. It is very frustrating and the issue comes and goes. Any Ideas?

Same problem here. For the past few days when I attempt to create a new template, and click "save template", I am just getting a spinning circle that says "saving template..." underneath it. I've left it up for over an hour at a time, and it does not save.

We are having the same issue.  We reported it to ebay yesterday.  It was as if we were the first ones reporting the issue.  No resolution at this point.

Same problem here too, but I just noticed it today.  2nd time I've tried to use it in last 4 months that it doesn't work.

 same issue here. I suggest that since eBay is unable to solve this issue is to create a listing with a "schedule date" in the future and reschedule for 10 more days (every 10 days) before the listing goes live.

eBay is apparently aware of the problem and is working on it.

Are you able to save a template using the New Listing Tool?

Other users have indicated that works. Then you can switch back to another listing tool to continue.

Same here all of February. Spinning circle of death. I have found that occasionally I can create a new template, but definitely am unable to edit or modify any of my existing templates. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

I should add that if the "Saving Template" spinning circle is still rolling after 10 seconds, it is not going to save. I let it roll all night on Monday only to wake up to it spinning faster.
