Yep, I got this message, too. Went back to the original message and clicked "send an offer". That worked

We are having the same issue. We reported it to ebay yesterday. It was as if we were the first ones reporting the issue. No resolution at this point.

Agree. We reported the problem yesterday. They indicated it had not yet been reported as an issue. Still having the same problem today.

Don't know how to fix it, but we reported the same problem to ebay yesterday. They filed a "ticket" with tech support. Still having the same problem today.
