In the last half-hour, I've been trying to prepare a few draft listing, answer several messages, and check my payments. Several times in the middle of typing in the listing tool, and between EVERY page that loads, I have been prompted to sign in to Ebay. Went to check my payments under 'All Transactions', and I just get a red error message 'We ran into a problem. Please try again.', multiple times. Pulled up the main payments tab, and it shows zero activity for the past 90 days, and no total funds. I am selling regularly and my account is in good standing. Anyone having the same issues?

Same issue here. Went to do an instant payout so we can go out to eat and there's nothing in there and no history. My feedback and listings are all in tact.
Bad timng to say the least. Looks like they are doing some type of site update maybe?

Getting this same issue as well as issues with creating shipping labels, as in a different thread.

Same issue here. I came on here to see if it was me or Ebay. I remember it was acting janky when they first removed the First Class and Ground options. I think it will probably be back to normal in a couple of days. They are currently making changes to their label purchasing policy, so that's probably why.

The site is experiencing numerous issues with shipping labels, display of payments info, and log-in issues. I tagged eBay reps for assistance on this thread:

"They are currently making changes to their label purchasing policy, so that's probably why."
Joy! A bunch of unrelated issues when they change things in one area only.
This is why I don't think they use an offline production or simulation environment, and just start changing code on the live site, in real time.
Or, if they actually do plug it into a controlled production environment, they never use an off-network user account, to test it out and ensure that it functions properly as well as checking other areas to see if the changes negatively affected them, even if theoretically, they shouldn't have.
