Same issue here. Went to do an instant payout so we can go out to eat
and there's nothing in there and no history. My feedback and listings
are all in tact. Bad timng to say the least. Looks like they are doing
some type of site update maybe?
Just got this message today. 100% feedback since 1998. I did recently
start selling anything I could dig up to help make some extra money on
hard times. Not a single complaint. Two refunds issues diligently and
for no fault of mine. Hope its cleared ...
