Your purchase history page should have a drop-down at the top of the page to let you choose which time period to view; the default is 60 days, but other choices include the current year and the last two calendar years.
If the problem is that the drop-down is not working, and trying another browser does not help, try one of these links as a workaround:
60 day purchase history:

current year-to-date purchase history:

last year purchase history:

I also have the same problem, although it's not all my purchase history.
Only one particular item is missing which is making it hard to raise an issue with eBay for non-delivery.
This happened the same day eBay went down this month which was the 12th June.

If it is only one item that is missing, particularly if there is a problem with non-delivery, it is possible that eBay has removed the listing (or the seller) because there was a problem. If eBay does remove the listing, you should receive a message from eBay with some details of what to do.
Unfortunately, the way that eBay handles this sort of thing, it may be difficult to determine what has happened. Does the item appear in the Resolution Center?
If you are unable to find the item at all on eBay, or it has been more than 60 days since your order, you may have to start a case by going through your funding source (paypal or credit card).

Go to pp and get item search for missing item and use that to do a completed item search and if that does pull it up file from the listing .If it does not so ebay buyer protection is not accessible go to paypal and file a claim there
