PayPal fails to load

When trying to pay for an item using PayPal, I enter my login info into the PayPal popup and once I hit enter the login windows spins forever but never finishes the login process, I have tried it on different computers and devices and it does not work.

Now to pay for an item I have NO choice but to use a credit card.

Please fix this issue, it's happened to me in the past and it's VERY frustrating.

I think it's a PayPal problem with the auto sign-in. Open a new tab, go to Paypal, and manually sign-in. Return to your spinning wheel and refresh the page. It should open then. It's worked for me.
