Technical Issue on Ebay June 2019

I have tried to list an item today (June 11, 2019) and it kept giving me an error about a non-permitted payment method. I've used the same payment method (Paypal) for over 15 years...what is the deal? I have also noticed that there have been NO new listing for anyone else trying to list BLANK CHECK REFILLS.  Is there a glitch in the ebay system that I'm not aware of? THX

You may be running up against ebay's
payment preferences paranoia.

The allowed categories are further down the page

and appear to be big, heavy, high dollar items.

Ebay's bots scan every listing for words that indicate

you may be asking for forbidden payment methods.
"Blank CHECK Refills" may be just such a red flag.

I once tried to sell a copy of Zane Grey's novel "Western Union"

but ebay would not allow it to launch for exactly the same reason.

I could not figure a work around then nor can I now.

Thank You...I figured that was the issue but wanted to be sure I'm not alone.  I contacted ebay and all they wanted to do was delete my payment methods to troubleshoot.  I wouldn't allow that...no sense.  I guess they can't even figure out the issues.

I have been trying to list yesterday and today, very slow in upload of pictures. It takes forever to save to the drafts. Sometimes in the middle of saving to drafts it will redirect to the sign in page. Unable to change categories it will freeze up on me. I have not had trouble with the payment.

Every day it's 20 different things not working.  That's one of the reasons I stopped buying here, after 9 years of frequent buying.

Currently my Notifications Feed/Bell is not working and doesn't show replies or new posts (just helpful tags).  This has been a reoccurring problem for many months.
