Promoted Listings Problem

You may want to check your traffic in your ebay seller hub. I check my daily and my promoted listing impressions are down 90% of my daily average for the past 6 months. This told me there was an issue and has been for Thursday 7/09 and Friday 7/10.

I called it in last night and not fixed yet. He stated he heard nothing about a promoted item problem and put in a ticket. This also has caused no sales in the last 7 hours when I average 55 items every 24 hours. So if something is off for you on ebay, check your traffic impressions.

Also noticed a new day high on page that error out with the it's not your fault it's ours page. Make sure to call your problems in.

Day 6 of my held being held under water. Promoted items sold yesterday, only 6.. again. That right there tells you that something is still wrong. No numbers on ebay is that consistent. On day 2 I promoted 500 newer listings only sold one promoted from that lot. I still have not been able to find any of my listings being "sponsored" on ebay, unlike before this started.

Another fact, my total impressions before this issue average about 470,000 where since has averaged 210,000

Yesterday, promoted sold down to 3, another drop (normal usually sold per day, 20-25). Impressions still low at 209,000. So this is day 9 of this issue and still no fix.

Also in the last 7 hours, so sales on the US ebay site when I average 55 items before this issue

PL impressions dropped from 80,000 to 40,000 on July 1. Organic impression down. Sales down -45% compared to last quarter same time. Steady sales April, May and June. July down 45% and falling daily.

Looks like they got it fixed Friday evening, almost 500,000 impressions with 11 promoted sold yesterday. In the first 8 hours of the day over 100,000 impressions and 5 promoted sold. Fingers crossed!!!

I’ve had this issue since July 16th. My impressions tanked from 100k per day to literally nothing. My metrics are perfect and I’m top rated. Any updates? Anyone else still having this issue? Thank

I've got the same problem. The impressions tanked from 75K to 0. Called daily and no one seems to know the answer.

I 've had same issue since August 19, my promoted listing impressions just free fall to drop to 0 !! This is ridiculous !!!!!! who can tell me there are problems with my account or with ebay?

Now I just have almost $0 income everyday!

I’m having the same issue. On the traffic site the promoted has bottomed out, and my listings no longer say “sponsored”. I can’t even find a few of them when I search for them.

I noticed that too , no longer saying sponsored, impressions have dropped for me by 90% . They act like they dont know what im talking about when i call.

same here, i called ebay few days ago told them the same issue they wrote a ticket for a technician to review the problem and gave me a reference number. So far nothing has been fixed i called the other day again and they said they haven't gotten to it yet.

I don’t know if it’s related, but I just tried to buy an item I’ve had on my watchlist for awhile, and the page pulled up at first, then disappeared and I was thrown back to my watchlist. The same thing happens with some other, but certainly not all, of the listings I try to view from the same seller.

i suspect it’s a glitch in Sponsored Listings or related to EBay Payments. It’s bizarre and really aggravating. I have not been blocked by the seller, and in fact buy from them all the time.

Hi, I know this post is from last year and it looks like you managed to get eBay solving your promoting listing situation.  I have been in the same sport for last 31 days and had reported the issue with my promoted listings 10 times to eBay via calls, chats and emails. I have given multiple different reasons of why this is happening in my account. But they all turned into random answers. Last one I got was there was a hold in my account for fees being past due and when I showed the agent who took my call that my account was current, she promised me to send a note requesting the hold to be released. Then the next day I received an email from cssremove department saying there weren't any hold put in my account.  

the true is, We are with 99% down on impressions, clicks and promoting sales for the past 30 days. I wonder what did you do with eBay to get your issue resolved?
