Anyone also have their recent drafts disappear tonight?

Just lost all but one draft about an hour ago, is it just me or an everybody glitch?

FWIW.

I write my Descriptions in a text document, then cut and paste it into the Sell Your Item form.

Partly this is because I am adding HTML coding and don't want to lose that.

Mostly I don't trust computers.

I am old and cranky.

A week or two ago, I lost about 15 out of 20. I checked to see how long drafts would be saved because I thought maybe that time frame had changed. eBay says, "... You can save up to 250 drafts through the quick listing tool on eBay.com and the eBay mobile app, and up to 5,000 through the single and bulk business listing tools in Seller Hub. Drafts expire after 75 days...." I had thought it was 60 days, so I'd always open and re-save any of the older ones before 60 days had elapsed. But I know I lost several newer ones too.

Just checked in with support and was told that "...it is a known issue, we have a problem with our site right now..." but that could just be a canned response.

Thank you for sharing this. Yes, I have noticed my older drafts have been disappearing as I list new drafts just this evening. So, older drafts have disappeared (saved from 1 to 3 weeks ago) as I listed new ones today. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I try to refresh my drafts on occasion.  Went to look at my drafts 2-3  days ago, and most were gone. They were not near the "supposed" deletion time.

Yes!  I had 15-20 drafts deleted over night that were only created 3-5 days ago!  Has anyone had this issue and eBay restored the drafts?

Yes. I lost over 300 drafts in the last 48 hours. Have called to support 2 times. Unbelievable! It’s randomly dumping drafts. Watched them disappear as I tried to move them from drafts to scheduled listings. Thought I was seeing things.

I haven't called support yet.  What responses are you getting?  Any hope of the drafts being restored?

Problems seem to exist when moving from unsold to draft. But not necessarily. This morning I did nothing and lost 4 an never to be found.  I have been making photo repairs and price changes and when put into the draft folder other items disappear

It deletes drafts every time I make a new one. Seems to be a widespread issue this week. eBay should publicly acknowledge it.

this is horrible, 40 of my beautiful drafts gone in a day, and when I make a new draft, it takes away 3 old drafts. such a waste of time, I feel like beating the computer, but its not the computers fault.  you could make a copy of the drafts, its annoying and confusing, but making copies of the drafts like Im doing right now, it will at least help combat the erasing of the drafts
