Pictures Not Loading...

All of the sudden a few minutes ago pictures stopped uploading to drafts and only half of the pictures are loading when looking up items on ebay

How are we supposed to find similar listings without photos? On the ebay site none of ANYONES photos are showing up. Only words in the box where the photos are supposed to be.

The photos won't even load within the messages. I had a buyer trying to send me a screenshot and it shows up blank. They tried a few times to send the screenshot.

I am not a seller, but I can imagine the nightmare headaches, including auctions that people are keeping tabs on and can't see photos of, and may lose out on purchasing.

So frustrating!!!! eBay needs to give sellers a credit towards our monthly bill! This is ridiculous! We are all losing money!

Hey @urban_picker! I just got an update to this issue. The Product team is currently working on a fix and there is a sitewide ticket open under ALERT15947. The Community team will do our best to keep yourself and others updated on the status of the ticket.

Same thing happened to me, has this happened before to you? Besides trial and error when will we know it's fixed? or do they send out an email/notification?

You’ll know it’s fixed when you can see images in listings. They never send any notifications when they fix things.

I am having an issue with pictures on new listings. I have over 17000 listings. The old listings seem to be ok. But new listings just show a sort of blobby shadow where the uploaded picture should be and when I try searching on eBay for any listing I created today, no picture is available. Is this going to be resolved?

yup i had this same issue yesterday to....just shut everything off and went back to sleep...i was sooo tired anyway ...by the time i got up hours later...it seemed to be working smh...every day theres something
