Did you mean:

Minimum bids are messed up.

Items under a dollar are not working right. It's trying force buyers to pay at LEAST more than .25 more than previous bidder. For items that are small but sell many of, this is not going to work long term. If one if forces to bid .25 c more than an item is worth,I am never going to see anything. Essentially the first bidder is going to win everything. This is not good as a buyer nor a seller. Bad problem that needs to be fixed asap.

Aren't there minimum bids at every level.  Not sure if you can bid less than 25 cents.  Or am I misunderstanding your message?

Minimum bids are messed up.

The following note has been added to the Automatic Bidding / Bid Increments page:

"We’re currently testing out new bid increments in order to make the bidding process less complex for both buyers and sellers. As a result, you may experience a difference in your bid increments from the chart below."

The problem seems to be that the new increments are not affecting all users equally. Some users are apparently able to submit minimum increment bids, while others are forced to either bid in larger increments or not bid at all.
