I ship postcards and use the US Postal Service International First Class
Mail (no tracking, because that would add $16US to the shipping -- which
customers don't want to pay). Since November 2024 shipping times have

I block buyers like this in my eBay buyers list. And I report them to
eBay. And should they leave negative feedback for me even when I issue a
refund -- which has happened (TWICE this year already) -- I post my own
responding comment to THEIR comment...
This excessive delivery time problem has happened all over Europe. And
