Packing Slip Errors on Combined Shipment

I sold 11 different postcards to a buyer.  I went to "Print packing slip and more" and selected Packing Slip - Custom and printed page 1, then Custom and printed page 2 on the reverse side.  There were TWO ERRORS:   

1) Page 1 only printed information for 8 postcards though the preview showed 9 postcards.

2) Page 2 printed 2 postcards, but 1 of these appeared on page 1.

So the invoice only showed 9 of the postcards in this order, and 1 of these 9 was shown twice.

To avoid these two errors I went to "Print packing slip and more" and selected Packing Slip - Print All so my packing slip was now on 2 separate pages.  There was now just ONE ERROR:

1) Page 1 only printed information for 8 postcards though the preview page showed 9 postcards.

Page 2 showed 2 postcards.  So the invoice only showed 10 of the 11 postcards in this order.  I hand wrote in the information on the missing postcard.

These errors are still happening, see Order ID 03_07038-81796.  When selecting PRINT ALL, a packing slip for a combined sale of 13 items only shows 8 on page 1 (the preview shows 9) and 4 on page 2.  I have to hand write in the missing item.   If I select CUSTOM and print page 1 and again select CUSTOM and print page 2, page 1 only shows 8 (the preview shows 9) and page 2 shows 4, some of which already appear on page 1, so a few items are missing.  This needs to be FIXED.

I'm still having exactly the same errors on printing a packing slip for order ID-07063-53572.  I sold 11 postcards and only 10 are showing up on the 2-page packing slip though the preview images show all 12.  Any seller using a packing slip to select items to mail runs the risk of sending too few items and possibly too many of one item while missing others.  This needs to be fixed.
