Transaction report not downloading properly

I'm trying to create a transaction report using specific date ranges from 2020. The report is generated. and I get the headers, but the body where the data should be is blank. I tried for the entire year, quarterly and monthly. In all cases I got the same result. Any ideas? I need this for my tax return.

I believe it's only for people on MP. I didn't change over until this year. I tested it for this past month and there's data in there. So you will have to use either Paypal reports or the Sales tab under performance to find the info.
