This must be a system-wide outage. I don't know how to report something like this. Or, rather, I don't think eBay is set up to let sellers report something like this.
There appears to be a major problem with printing shipping labels in progress.
Please confirm this is on the tech team's radar and also confirm if eBay will be providing automatic protections against late shipment dings for impacted sellers who may not be able to get their shipments out in time today.
I'm having the same issue. If I don't get these out before tomorrow they will be late. It's impossible to talk to anyone to fix this problem. I'm very annoyed.
What is the hell is going on??? Did ebay have an outage??? Can't create any shipping labels because of "no services available" error. Why why why??? Where is ebay customer support?? The service is going from bad to worse... never thought of doing this but I will look for alternative selling sites... Geez... come on ebay, get your act together!!!!
They have this problem going on for years! You think they care about seller's time? Still you are responsible to comply with their **bleep** shipping deadlines!
ALSO- USPS Still takes money at the counter.... Seen a lot of " I waited until the last day I can ship without being penalized" responses..... take some accountability for yourself too!
Same issue here and am currently waiting for a call from eBay. I've tried all the resetting, etc. and it's not changing anything. This is soooo annoying! Come on eBay, get it together!
