Search function for orders "Awaiting Shipment" results include shipped orders

When I do a specific search in my orders that are "awaiting shipment" ,the results show ALL orders in the result, including shipped orders.

GSP shipments getting returned by Ebays distributor..no reason given

Just received another package I shipped through the GSP system..again, no reason given as to why Ebay sent it back to me. I dont know what to do about it. why are these being returned? I called ebay , and they couldnt give me an answer either.

Keeping my orders to show oldest first? setting?

Looks like the ebay gremlins are working over time trying to screw things up.. when I view my orders that are awaiting shippment, it defaults to show the newest order first... didnt use to do that ...I know I can click the sort button to show the old...

Shipping labels opening multiple PDFs and a print window

Not a real big issue ..just annoying..recently when I print shipping labels ,it opens 2 pdfs AND the print window box, as well as a message saying to click here to prevent a new window from opening..which I have to do every time. I have no idea whats...
