New eBay message foremat is nearly unusable and nearly worthless! Should be able to chose old!

The new eBay Message format is not the lease bit logical or user friendly. If I hadn't accidentally done something with my mouse scroll wheel I;d never have found the messages! I use a mouse and external keyboard with my laptop. The pad on my laptop is nearly unusable for em since it has no keys at the bottom My wife can't do things she wants to with her iPhone or iPad - using eBay Messages would likely be one of them. I won't have anything to do with Apple except for the iPhone used for Text and the V occasional call. I would not have it but there is no Tech support with anything else we know of and my wife says she got it for me "cheap!" electronic tech can be V user friendly, but this sure isn't. The best site I've had to use was a County Gov site in southern N.Y.S. Everything worked logically and easily and simply. I was SHOCKED and wondered "what was wrong!"

I have nothing good to say about the changes to the messaging. I can Not send messages or ask questions to sellers from which I purchased something.  The sent messages are Not being sent to the intended recipient.  They immediately going into my Messages folder and not into the Sent folder.  I can only assume they are not going out.  I can not make it work on any devices.  Its broke.... Ebay has once again broke something that use to work.

Yes they are being sent; they just show in your 'inbox' and not your 'sent' folder, but I've sent messages and have received responses- when they respond, it also shows in the 'inbox' and the panel on the right will show both the message sent and the other party's response.

Yeah, it's not user friendly at all, and it does not seem compatible with the app because since the change I cannot answer messages via the app. They do not even appear on the phone. Don't even get me started on the other changes that make selling on ebay harder instead of quicker and easier.
