Went to by several auto parts but I am put in a never ending loop to verify I am human. I can make it to checkout or see the summary of what I am buying. The seller emailed me a discount and eBay put me in another never ending loop to verify I am human. Very bummed I can not get the parts I need after a person referred me to eBay.

Same here! I discovered on reddit that the problem lies with the Firefox browser. If you switch to Safari and try to log in, you should be able to, at least it worked for us.

Many people are having this same problem and it's clearly something that eBay needs to solve ASAP. eBAY - are you listening?!?

You're one of the most useless "Visionaries" of all the land. I've seen your replies, always generic and pointless. Yes, this is happening to many...if not most users. It is stupid and ridiculous. Stop trying to turn it around like it's a user's problem. Most other sites with chapta verification don't experience this. Clearly, the eBay chapta workflow is broken.

Briefly adding my two cents to this thread. I don't get stuck in endless Captchas, because as soon as they appear, I just leave. EBay has lost several sales this way. I do have a mobile web browser that operates through a proxy in the Netherlands (I'm in Pennsylvania), which could be a red flag, but it also happens sometimes on my desktop computer, where I don't save cookies. If I was doing something ominous, I could understand, but these regular false positives are hurting your business. They almost seem random...or perhaps become obnoxious when EBay thinks it's experiencing a security issue? If anybody from EBay support wants to contact me privately, I can reply when the next one appears. Would love to know what's really triggering them.
