I'm trying to purchase an ebay item but the captcha test keeps repeating
over and over.Any solutions? The ebay virtual assistant is absolutely
USELESS.
This is eBay's problem and it needs to be solved! Clearly, something is
amiss with your system and users should NOT have to jump through so many
hoops just to purchase items on the platform. eBay - SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!
Same here! I discovered on reddit that the problem lies with the Firefox
browser. If you switch to Safari and try to log in, you should be able
to, at least it worked for us.
Same here! And it is IMpossible to contact a real person with your
concerns and aggravations. It is all completely automated, and hence
utterly useless. A digital prison with horrendous results.I'm cancelling
my eBay account.
