Like the title, I bought an item and the seller didn't send it. I tried reaching out to them and messaging about it, but I haven't received a response at all. I even tried cancelling the purchase, but it was too late to do it by eBay's standards.
The problem for me is that when I go to report the item and say it hasn't been delivered, if on mobile, the page doesn't load and it says a problem occured. If on desktop, it'll take me to a page that has the order number and the item, but nowhere to report it. It's just blank next to the item info. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do?

There should be your purchase with a series of 'buttons' next to it with options.
Select "More Actions" and choose "I didn't receive it" from the options and follow the prompts
