Tried to search the forum for a day and nothing concrete could help. I post my questions here, hopefully can get more helps.
My listings are not showing up on my eBay store or via seller other items since 21st of May. I was first reported by a few regular customers and it appears the Asia-Pacific regions are affected, including Japan, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Denmark or even more, as I couldn't test them all.
It's strange that US site is working seamlessly, and some N.A. countries and West Europe are not affected. Although I have a Canadian customer reported the issue, but he said it appears again after he visited via his purchasing history.
If I use IP from these countries, it shows zero listings in my store /seller's other items. however, I did figure if I selected the completed items, it shows items ended up to May 21st, and no more listings ended in these countries after, whereas with US IP, it shows all active listings and completed listings that ended today.
There's only one major change to my account that I changed to eBay managed payment on 25th of May, nothing else changed. And out of surprise, if you add .com.hk, with my store name, all items appeared.
My account is registered in HK, and I'm listing mainly on .com. I have currently no shipping restrictions or buyer restrictions.
I called eBay customer support dozen times, and looks like they can do nothing.
All my regular customers are messaging me when I can open up the store to them, it's really troubling. Any help or input will be helpful, thanks thanks very much!

But more likely, it's still shipping/location related.
I tried to update my listing quantity and price via file exchange on May 28th, a couple days after I discovered the issue, in the first run, i got this error message:
Error code 240: "Your item Location indicates that your item is in the United States, but you've chosen a shipping service that ships from outside the US. In order for your listing to be clear, please go back and edit the item location or the shipping service to make sure that they are accurate. For more information, see our {URL0}.|LP_ItemLocationMisrep_ShippingMisMatch"
My item location is clearly indicate not in US, so i figured it's the shipping method, ( We have to use SpeedPAK from China service), so I changed shipping method to standard shipping and upload again, got another error:
error code 240: You must revise your item location to reflect Greater China in order to list.
If I revise the shipping back to SpeedPAK, it shows the 1st error message again. It's like a loop no exit.

I never tried upload with file exchange before so don't know if this was the case or just became loop error. But I think inside the system coding, it's something to do with dual site/location/seller country of registration issue. PS: I can edit all items successfully on seller hub.

I also tried to setup a separate shipping method for these countries, but it doesn't work until now. It's so strange as these countries all pops out at once and were used to work well.
