Aug 25 and 26 listings - no zoom or enlarge. Aug 19 listing - zoom and enlarge works.
Definitely an ebay tech issue.

Just spoke to eBay customer service and they said they are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.
I also asked for a refund of all listing fees I have occured since the 24th when the zoom feature stopped working and they agreed. Maybe if enough people ask for cedit they will actually resolve this.

Spoke with eBay rep and mentioned to hold on the listing of new items until it is resolved. We may have a situation where, if you listed any items while this issue was going on, you may need to re-upload all of the pictures for the zoom feature to work.

have called 10 times!! last night i was told a ticket would be sent in my name for priority responce,,guess what its 8/26 2017 goning on 2 weeks fpr me .same issue ,old listings zoom new ones dont! same pixel count on both. I lost it with rhe rep last night and told him ebay was dam aware of the situation ,HE CONFIRMED this , but stated that they do not know what is causing the issue. B****S
its somthing to do with the new photo upload tool that they have been planning to roll out. in fact up until about 2 weeks ago my seller hub diplayed a message saying it would be polled out soon ,,my guess, they activated it and its screwing up the photos. I am so sick of ebay **bleep** i could scream!!!!!!!!!!
and dony even waste time calling them its a joke bunch of **bleep** morons.

The more posts I read about this problem, just ludicrous and unnecessary!
I understand "mobile compliance" is critical in the effort to be e-commerce competitive and create optimum sales.
However, eBay's website selling format is almost in a constant "beta testing" mode.
I avoid beta modes, for good reason!
eBay..do your beta testing of program "roll outs" with your "experienced tech staff" BEFORE YOU RELEASE a critical change that affects seller's incomes, seller's reputations ( customers don't know eBay is making changes, they think the seller has done something to lessen their positive shopping experience) and YOUR revenue! Just flip the program (enlarge/zoom features) back the way it was, and work on the issues. Are the folks with anchor stores are having the same issue? Thank You!

'Are the folks with anchor stores are having the same issue?'
Have not done any new listing in the past few days. Will probably do some tomorrow. I will let you know.
