I am not sure if this is due to the revamp of the site, but location search is completely useless now.
As you can see, when I select to only see results from Germany, about 90% of the results shown are still located in the USA.
I tried this on ebay.de, ebay.fr, the results are the same.
Anyone knows a solution?
