Listing an Item isn't working for me. The set up page never loads.

I've tried a dozen times to list an item and it never completely loads up the page where you list

all the info needed to sell an item here. Never seen this problem before. Never had this problem before.

There are no restrictions on my account.

Why is it doing that?

I working in draft and it never completely loads up the page . i lose changes  - Why is it doing that?

What operating system and browser are you using?

Any difference if you use another browser or another device to list?

Win10 and Firefox.

Never had a problem before listing with this setup.
