I have been having issues accessing my listing templates in the Seller Hub for the last few days. When I try to edit a previously created template, I get a mostly blank page with no pictures, description, etc. Sometimes templates will load just fine but after saving my changes will be blank again when I try to create a listing.
I have tried multiple browsers, clearing the cache, rebooting, two different computers, but have the same problem with all of them. Is anyone else having these issues?

They don’t make it easy to contact customer support. In case anyone else needs to, this is the link to customer service https://www.ebay.com/help/home. Click on the “contact us” link at the bottom of the page. Select the category and topic and then “chat with our automated assistant”. Type in “contact customer service” and answer the series of questions. Click on “have us call you” and enter your phone number if it doesn’t come up automatically. I got a response within the listed wait time.

I haven’t tried that, but I have created a new template from scratch and still had problems with it later.

Hi @lazyjmusic and others.
This is a known tech issue. Please click the ? icon on the lower right of your active listings page and click report technical issue. In the comments box make sure to mention ALERT15736 problems with listing templates.
The more users reporting, the higher the item will rise on eBay's fix list.

Just wanted to add my name to the group this is impacting. I agree with the wish to go back to the eBay of 5 years ago. Remember how smooth and fast the old listing interface was? Good times. Anyway, I have submitted a report on this also. Sell similar off existing listings seems to be the best way to go about putting items up until the issue is fixed. Trying to reinsert the lost info just adds to the frustration as any replaced fields are likely to disappear after one or two uses.

I have had the same issue and reported it. I've just been chatting to an agent who said;
"As per the latest report, this issue is in the last stages of being resolved and we are positive that the same will be resolved very soon. Please try again in 48 - 72 hours"
