I have had the same issue and reported it. I've just been chatting to an
agent who said;"As per the latest report, this issue is in the last
stages of being resolved and we are positive that the same will be
resolved very soon. Please try again in 48...
I'm also having problems. I save the template and everything is OK.I can
use it once and all the info is there, the next time either description,
postage option or both are gone.
