Links To My Store Do Not Work

Although you covered the issue with legacy stores, @shipscript  also tagged you about my issue and I have not seen a response from you yet.  I am hoping for a response before we head into the weekend.  Thank you.

Thanks for writing back.  That is a looooong time to wait.  I read in documentation that the modern stores gets its URL name from when it was first created and cannot be changed (I think it was programmed that way).   My store is old created many years ago and at one time it was the legacy version. Later, I'm going to try canceling this old store and setting up a fresh new store.  I hope it picks up my new ebay name and has correct links.  I'll write back later.

As of this evening my store links are all working.  I hope this fix sticks.  I'll check the links throughout the weekend.

@mcdougle4248 - Thank you so much for letting me know! I'm so glad to hear they are working and I'm also confirmed I'm able to see your store from the links that previous provided an error. If you need anything else, please let me know!

After letting the old store subscription with my old Ebay name cancel out  . . .  I started a new store subscription.  On the store setup page was the option to name the store (which also shows in the URL link).   Now, the links for the store work properly with my new Ebay name.  The system even remembered my banner, logo and categories.

Just checked the link to my store is only near my ID

in seller hub. Just reopened the store and should

see the door link near my ID everywhere.

If not, there is no link to my store...

Will just have to close it if no one can find it.

Opened the store over the weekend and am so sorry I did!

So frustrating when things are not working the way they should.

Then tried to use the coupon for eBay shipping supplies,

and THAT link does not work EITHER!
