What do I do after finishing 14 variations,get to the bottom of the page

Why block a buyer because they made an error?She placed an order the
next day minus 10 items.Customers are putting orders in different carts
so I guesswhen they go to pay for one, all the others are added.
I love the variation listings because it shows allthe colors available
for the same item.Has only happened twice, so I will think moreabout it
