That is a generic error page. Often you see that when a link is broken or a server cannot provide a page before something times out.

What were you doing when you received that error message? Very often there is an alternative page or link that can provide the same information or function.

Several item numbers, done the usual clear cache , different browsers, etc ( I'm an IT guy for 25 plus years)

Several different scenarios. One happens when I try to click on a listing to open the page

Another example was just to edit one of our listings...I actually had ebay CS on the phone at the time, had it happen to the CS agent when they went to the listing number ( example  you go and search for ebay item number 123xxxxx.  then try to open it , then get the crash).  Their  response was "that is weird"  told me to try again later.  It  worked later.  It is sporatic and I have not had a listing I can't get into at some point or another.  My concern is how many buyers try to click open a listing, get the error, and never try again.

Yeah it happens to me on regular occasion.
It could happen anytime, doing most anything.

Bad programming is my first suspicion.

Errors in the code, lots of them.

It happens to me ALL. THE. TIME. There's not one item I've been able to list without having to try 10 times. It's ridiculous. I'm about to delete my account as a result, eBay has simply become unusable for me.

@francoisw

You are registered in Australia, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site.

If you are trying to list or follow a selling-related link on the US site, that can certainly cause errors for a non-US seller.

Sign out here and sign in to ebay.com.au and try listing again.

I'm getting this constantly. It's stopping me from listing items. You click on the Sell One Like This and, 9 times out of 10, you get this same error message. Come on Ebay. FIX IT!

Bottom line , they couldn't afford to pay thier employees, everyone left and they are happily paid with benefits at Amazon, ebay was warned about this year's ago. Fro. All thier irate loyal sellers they began to abuse for absolutely no reason, so I was told by a few friends back in the day, who I used to buy from

Hey, it keeps happening with me when I want to add tracking to a certain item I sold. It’s been delivered already. Is there any solution to this?
