Refund Not Received – Undelivered Order

Hi everyone, I want to share my recent experience with eBay so you can be aware in case something similar happens to you.

I purchased a With 4K Dual Camera Obstacle Avoidance Optical Flow Location E63 RC Drone  for AUD 40.85, but I never received the product. After opening a claim, eBay notified me that the refund had been processed. However, 9 days have passed, and it has still not appeared in my payment method.

I reached out to eBay to resolve the issue, but I’m still waiting for a clear response. Has anyone else had problems with refunds on eBay? I would appreciate any advice or experiences you can share.

If you’re in a similar situation, make sure to check your bank transactions carefully and contact eBay as soon as possible. Hopefully, this helps others avoid inconvenience!

Did you buy the item on December 2? 

What date did you get the notification that the refund was processed? If you paid with a c.c., it can take a few days for the credit to show there.

Typically if you are refunded through eBay, the refund automatically goes back to your original payment method.

How long it takes for the payment to be reflected on a statement depends on your specific bank. It can take up to a full billing cycle to appear.

Depending on how you paid, it could be a couple weeks to a complete billing cycle for the refund to show up.

Hello, I bought it on December 2nd, and I received the refund notification on February 19th. I paid with a debit card in dollars.
