Payment method not saving/ progressing to next page after using "Make an Offer" Feature.

The issue is in the title. Is this being worked on? What is the workaround to this?

Try adding a payment method for auctions or offers directly on your Payments page here:

https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Not all payment methods are suitable for auctions or offers; the payment method must support a reversible payment hold. Try another payment method, if possible.
