Is It The Broken Checkout or the Promotions (or Both) Not Working Right Today.

Been hitting $550-$700 a day, today at 6pm central $174 and been there for many hours.

Had customers saying they cannot checkout while also the promotion views and impressions are down 60% from yesterday. What's going on ebay?

Not sure, but i do know one thing, PAPAL IS DOWN, and not working Nationwide.. TODAY out to be a fun sales day, NOT!!!

I'm still waiting after 23 years of doing this why ebay picks the Q4 to mess up the website and hurt sales.
