International Shipping label prints wrong "To" address

The right address shows up on the screen but when
I print it it has some random address from IL. in the "To" field.

When I go to void the shipping slip there is no tab under the actions tab to void it.

I'm trying to ship to Australia

It's not a "random address" in the Ship-To field, but the consolidation center where eBay International Standard Delivery shipments are consolidated before being handed over to DHL for flight to their final destination. The Illinois address you're seeing is probably a suburb near O'Hare Airport where the DHL facility is located. There's no need to void the label; just ship as usual.

Re: International Shipping label prints wrong "To" address

Hey @anydog2old2. As the above poster said, this is how eBay International Standard Delivery works. Your package goes to a consolidation center within the US where it gets an international label and sent on to the buyer. You can read more about EISD here.

If you wish to ship direct then you would need to use a different service, like USPS First Class Package International.

EISD labels can't be voided because you're not charged for them until they're scanned in - actually I believe the charge hits when the package is processed at the US consolidation center and package weight/size are verified.
