The right address shows up on the screen but whenI print it it has some random address from IL. in the "To" field.When I go to void the shipping slip there is no tab under the actions tab to void it. I'm trying to ship to Australia Anydog2old2

OK,All addresses are/were correct on the computer screen. However, when I print it prints some random address in IL.Then, eBay says to go to actions and choose "void shipping label". I could not find that choice under the actions tab.Only"print anoth...
